P90 has been instrumental in changing the culture of our soccer club. I have worked with this model for 7 months. We had 33 coaches at the club (many coaches with multiple teams) At our first coaches meeting, 9 coaches showed up. After working on the blueprint for 2 months, at the next meeting, we had 40 coaches attend. We have hired 16 new coaches in the last 6 months. Having a blueprint not only helps the staff to embrace teamwork, but it also allows you to see who is NOT on board with the vision of the club.
