Set up……..

Area – Three goals with GK's as shown. One server who has all the balls and a target man in the middle. The target mans job is either to deflect the incoming balls or leave it.

1. The ball is served in at pace.

2. The target man deflects the ball or lets it go (as show) If the target man lets it go, they must follow up for rebounds.

3. The keepers remain on their goal line and react to the direction of the ball.

Variation:

Yellow servers - Move the server behind the goals.

Move the goals in closer

Coaching points:

GK's need to be on their toes.

Quick foot movement

If the ball cannot be caught, get it away from danger.
